Groups to which employee belongs window
Purpose
Use this window to manage an employee's assigned groups.
To access this window
On the Employee/Group Administration window, click Membership.

Item descriptions
Fields and boxes
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Available groups grid | Displays all of the permission groups that exist in AIMsi that are not currently assigned to this employee. |
| Member of grid | Displays all of the permission groups to which this employee currently belongs. |
Buttons
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Add | Adds the highlighted permission group(s) to the Member of grid. |
| Add All | Add all of the permission groups to the Member of grid. |
| Remove | Removes the highlighted permission group(s) from the Member of grid. |
| Remove All | Removes all of the permission groups from the Member of grid. |
| OK | Closes the window. |
